The Apache Management Console is a project that tries to provide Apache with a gui for configuration. The Console should look like the mmc snap-in for IIS.

The Console (or shortly AMC) is written in Python using the wxPython library for the graphical components and should be therefore portable across a number of platforms.

• 27 Jul 2003: I have definitely stopped development and released what I have done so far.
• 22 Dec 2002: I'll post after a long time of inactivity a newer version of the Console. It is meant to be only a proof of concept, showing what the console can do. What it will do is probably just a matter of time. Please download it and send me some feedback.
